∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Commercial/ Purchase
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of new purchase orders.
∎ Maintain correspondence to different international buyers and sellers
∎ Preparation of all the import and export documents (LC, IRC, ERC, Invoice etc)
∎ Contact with the different officials of C&F, Customs, EPZs, Chittagong Port, Govt. offices, Banks, & Insurance Companies.
∎ Perform all the bank related work related to export and import.
∎ Renewal of company license (Trade license, Chamber membership, Environment license, Indenting license)
∎ Checking different bills of C&F, Insurance Premium & Customs Duty and finally hand it to accounts department for payment.
∎ Maintain file & keep records in order.
∎ Indenting
∎ Work order submission to factory for manufacturing of Panel Board, Transformers, DB, SDB etc.
∎ Support other departments of AECL
∎ Different raw materials sourcing from foreign source.
∎ Perform any other related duties assigned by higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Reports to: Proprietor
∎ Supervises: All the persons related with Foreign Purchase
∎ Preservation & Control of all related documents.
∎ Communicate with the foreign suppliers.
∎ Ensure the import and export of necessary equipment's.
∎ The candidates should have the experience in foreign purchase/procurement department.
∎ Well conversed with MS-Office.
∎ Should be energetic and dynamic person.
∎ Must be a very good team player and able to meet deadlines and achieve specified results.
Salary: Negotiable
