Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
∎ Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
∎ Managing budgets
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
∎ Obtaining any specialized components or fixtures needed to make repairs.
∎ Complying with health and safety regulations.
∎ Maintaining and managing stocks of supplies, parts and equipment.
∎ Establishing maintenance procedures and policies.
∎ Keeping records of maintenance and repair costs, incidents and procedures.
∎ Managing the maintenance budget.
∎ Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
