Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
∎ Preferably from a Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the formulation development activities of new products and reviewing formulation of existing products based on quality related problems or cost saving need as per cGMP.
∎ Ensure initial feasibility study followed by Preformulation study and Prepare and review product recipe and registration documents for submission to Drug Administration Authorities.
∎ Ensure production of Lab batch, Stability batch, Optimization batch and validation batch of new products.
∎ Perform and ensure process validation activities.
∎ Plan and allocate the work among the team members to ensure timely completion of formulation development activities.
∎ Prepare and review the documents like BMR, BPR, formulations and other relevant documents for Product master file compilation.
∎ Prepare and review SOP's for product development equipment and activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At Least 7 to10 years of working experience in the required department in a GMP compliant pharmaceuticals.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Longing for rapid career growth.
