Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical from a Public or USG-approved private university.
∎ B.Sc engineers having a Diploma background shall have preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the maintenance team.
∎ Supervise the maintenance of dyeing m/c & mechanical equipment.
∎ Identifying & resolving mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and increase production efficiency.
∎ Scheduling yearly and preventive maintenance plans.
∎ Ensuring compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations & other relevant guidelines.
∎ Maintain records of equipment maintenance activities and repairs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience in Installation/ Erection of Textile/Dyeing machinery as well as having good knowledge of Routine/ Preventive maintenance work.
∎ Must have good skills in MS Office applications.
∎ Knowledge of Auto-Cad/ other designing software shall carry an advantage.
∎ Should have a good command of English.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill is a must.
