Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Align the strategy for human resources with the SBU's strategy to fulfil the organization's objectives.
∎ Supervise the job analysis procedure, identify skill deficiencies, execute workforce reallocation, and significantly contribute to the recruitment process to meet the factory's requirements.
∎ Formulate the administrative budget and the annual manpower budget.
∎ Assist in assessing employee performance and maintain documentation to facilitate training and development aimed at optimising overall skills and productivity.
∎ Implement workplace policies and cultivate a constructive work environment to mitigate conflicts and legal complications, thereby ensuring efficient operations.
∎ Facilitate communication between employees and management to ensure a harmonious work environment.
∎ Take the lead in addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations when necessary, and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
∎ Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies at factory premises by conducting audits for compliance and training staff on policy changes.
∎ Ensure legal compliance by maintaining legal requirements through conducting investigations, preserving records, and representing the organization at hearings.
∎ Ensure all factory licences are processed by the local government office and public representative.
∎ Coordinate with various cross-functional departments to address different HR issues.
∎ Ensure a positive and seamless factory visit experience and establish a good image among different financial organizations, stakeholders, and customers to build the organization’s reputation.
