∎ B. Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/MIST.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet annual, monthly and weekly sales target according to Company Policy.
∎ Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
∎ Assist Territory officer to Sales Planning & Negotiation with the customers.
∎ Assist Territory officer and retail Department to determine and manage the marketing budget.
∎ Assist Territory officer to increase the percentage of repeat sales from all customers.
∎ Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, Market intelligences and other information that affects Sales in all segments.
∎ Search new market and develop new customer base.
∎ Keep Retail Department profile high & derive customer satisfaction & confidence in territory.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement an all key performance areas.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic professional having more than 5 years experience in any multinational or local construction chemical company specially having experience of waterproofing products sales.
Salary: Negotiable
