Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors / Masters degree from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of the transport policy approved by the management.
∎ Propose improvements in the existing transport system.
∎ Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
∎ Ensure that the maintenance, fuel loading and servicing schedule of the vehicles are followed.
∎ Strictly act upon the CNG/ petrol/ diesel filling mechanism approved by the management.
∎ Keep records/ history of drivers and accidents.
∎ Maintain duty roasters of drivers.
∎ Arrange for re-training and re-certification of drivers and registration and re- certifications of vehicles.
∎ Process Registration works of new vehicle and Renewal of Tax Token/Fitness/Insurance of all vehicles
∎ Ensure feedback on performance of drivers after evaluation.
∎ Liaison with external agencies (police/ municipalities/corporation/premise security agencies/Premises Co-op Society) and Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines, Railway bookings and transport arrangement for employees & guest.
∎ Maintain vehicle log sheet and submit regular and comprehensive weekly & monthly motoring report to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: MS Office Applications
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG, Group of Companies
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, confident, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Office Outlook & Internet.
