Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Training to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the Company. Should Have pharmaceuticals training experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Training Needs Analysis (TNA) from yearly performance assessment & probation assessment to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
∎ Overall responsibility of arranging and conducting training program of the organization,
∎ Review and continuously improve training programs, modules, and engagement activities.
∎ Prepare annual training calendar (based on TNA),
∎ Planning , preparing , organizing , implementing and conducting induction training program for newly recruited Sales Employee & others.
∎ Develop the best training tools for ensuring training outcomes.
∎ Review training evaluation of courses, objectives & accomplishment.
∎ Prepare and maintain training related reports, feedback mechanism between Outlets, and Training & Development section.
∎ Maintain & review library and boost up the employee's personal on development
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on Higher Authority.
∎ Monitors training program's and manuals to ensure and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
