∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project bidding, Tender bidding, Tender Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain liaison with different government departments and its officials and other entities who float tenders for product and service in which the company participate.
∎ Detailed understanding of the CPTU Tender requirement and guide all relevant departments in the organization to ensure alignment.
∎ Awareness about the process of Tender related work.
∎ Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
∎ Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
∎ Evaluation of the Bid to assess suitability to participate.
∎ Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
∎ Responsible for tender submission within the deadline.
∎ Preparation of Technical, financial proposal of the Tender in accordance with ITT clause and considering mandatory item to avoid material deviation.
∎ Collecting tender related information from different sources.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience in handling Tender preparation.
