Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a science background in Higher secondary(HSC).
∎ Applicants must have a good skill at team management tools and productivity applications and to be highly adaptable with new technologies. (Google Suite: Gmail, Google Sheet, Google map, Google calendar. Email, Web browsing).
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide, Follow up and Report on the following issues --
∎ Contacting potential existing prospects/customers through inbound/outbound calls to inform them about ULTIMA RO Water Purifier & other ULTIMA products and services using predefined scripts and the guidance and inspiration of The Company.
∎ Handle product & service inquiries as well as scientific (Water & health related) inquiries from various clients. Analyze client's requirements and offer customized solutions based on client's needs.
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database.
∎ Go extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
∎ Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information.
∎ Handle grievances of existing customers timely and in an effective manner.
∎ Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
∎ Making enhanced outbound calls on leads.
∎ Understanding and managing personal performance on a daily basis.
∎ Responsible for achievement of daily targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years of experience in telesales or other sales/customer service roles.
∎ Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of any regional language is definitely a plus.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
∎ Must have experience in Outbound and Inbound Calling.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Job Contract Duration: Minimum 2 years.
