Job Context:
∎ To monitor the activities of Tele sales executive.
∎ Achieve monthly/weekly basis sales target as per company policy

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop creative sales technique to meet business goals.
∎ Set a result oriented effective Sales Planning with the totalteam member.
∎ Ensure the sales team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines for their own job responsibilities
∎ Setting sales targets for individual raps and your team as a whole.
∎ Supervise and Motivate staff to perform their best and reach sales target
∎ Handle Complaints from Customer
∎ Guide sales staff to focus on their sales target
∎ Develop team spirit
∎ Received, Co-ordinate and solve all sales inquiries of sales Executive
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have good looking and Smart
