Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Mechanical Engineering Or Certificate of Competency Class-2 (Marine)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Mother Vessel, Lighter, Tanker & Finishing vessel performance and ship repair schedule and attend to repair of vessel and provide technical advice.
∎ Monitor and Manage Plan Maintenance Scheme (PMS) for managed vessels.
∎ To provide technical support to ensure vessel comply with both Class & Flag State and to keep up to date for Flag State Inspection, External & Internal ISM, ISPS, and MLC audit of Vessels by coordinating with Class Surveyor and other third party surveyors.
∎ Prepare vessel budget, plan and review drydocking requirements and costing.
∎ Conduct regular inspections, monitor and review the performance of the vessel. Plan and attend to routine inspection and audit of vessels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ At Least 1 year experience in ocean-going vessel as 2nd Engineer or 3 years experience at shore with a Ship Management company in Repair Maintenance related work.
∎ Knowledge in PMS. SMS Flag and Class requirements, Technical management of Ship
