Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Candidates from Dhaka University, NSU, BRAC, AIUB, EWU, BUP, IUB are preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Foreign procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure adherence to the SLAs/ TATs for various processes; interfaces with other departments and external stakeholders.
∎ Plan and manage the warehouse & logistics system to optimize space allocation and time management for Vehicles, Spare Parts, and Lube Oil.
∎ Monitoring and Inspecting foreign shipments and do claim to the respective concerns.
∎ Maintain records and files of all incoming shipments.
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, duty structure, etc. & send updates to respective concerns.
∎ LC opening, documents endorsement, doing necessary LC amendment, and communicating with Bankers for RMWL.
∎ Coordinate with beneficiaries to check spare parts delivery schedules and port received and other documentations.
∎ Manage day to day activities of running the inventory and follow up the C&F and Transport agents' activities.
∎ Communication with Customs and port and others if necessary for spare parts & vehicles release purpose.
∎ Sourcing and negotiating with external C&F, Transport agents, negotiate to minimize the cost.
∎ Maintaining and reviewing all records of purchased goods, including their costs, deliveries, and inventories.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics and current status of spare parts foreign purchases to improve effectiveness.
∎ Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Preparing and checking internal C&F commission bills and other transport bills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience in the Automobile industry will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
