∎ 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain management and inventory control, preferably in the real estate industry.
∎ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
∎ Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.
∎ Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to meet project deadlines and requirements.
∎ Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records and identify discrepancies.
∎ Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
∎ Work closely with internal teams, including project management and finance, to forecast demand and coordinate inventory requirements.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and inventory control.
