∎ Gemcon City is currently looking for a self-motivated, and proactive Assistant Manager, Supply Chain who will be responsible to look after and monitor company`s supply chain strategy, improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality material for the organization. The Assistant Manager, Supply Chain needs to be smart, energetic, pro-active, innovative and result oriented who will add value to our business benefits and continuous growth. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & monitor that all required materials are delivered as per quality & measures.
∎ Ensure that materials should be delivered by right time frame as per SOP.
∎ Prepare CS/PL as per lowest approved price with approval.
∎ Find out the right & authentic source of raw materials & products.
∎ Maintain zero deviation in price negotiation.
∎ Regularly meeting with corporate vendor & other suppliers
∎ Monitor the project requirement & follow up each & every delivery.
∎ Make better & faster process with approval of the authority.
∎ Make every month suppliers payment requirement & disbursement.
∎ Regularly prepare the bill, checking & forwarding to accounts.
∎ Periodically arrange meeting with vendor to increase credit limit.
∎ Conduct market survey regularly, weekly or as per requirement.
∎ Regularly sourcing alternative cost effective materials.
∎ Visit project as per requirement & regular basic.
∎ Searching for new vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant industry, preferable in real estate company.
∎ Strong negotiation & analytical skill is required for this position.
∎ Should know about computer application program (MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
∎ Good oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ A self-motivated and proactive person who believes to take the lead.
∎ Willingness to roam to achieve business objectives.
∎ A person with an assertive approach and a good team player.
Salary: Negotiable
