Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Graduation in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from any UGC approved university
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Degree in Project Management will be added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing supply chain of all construction related works
∎ Preparing and verifying BOQ on received requirement for civil works
∎ Shadow cost/price calculation of goods/services through spot/online shop/market visit
∎ Ensure on time procurement from local & foreign sources as per agreed SLA
∎ Execute procurement related works with zero error; from scrutinizing purchase requisition, verify specifications, collecting commercial proposals, negotiation, evaluation of offers and up to issuance of purchase order
∎ Sourcing and inclusion of new vendors regularly, complying organizational requirement
∎ Ensure compliance in all sourcing process & ensure all procurement rights.
∎ Regular reporting for procurement to pay (P2P), ongoing project updates, inventory and spend details
∎ Managing vendor relationships, monitor & improve vendor performance
∎ Awareness in supply chain risk management and material management
∎ Maintain strong working relationship and influence at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders at senior level

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ At least 3 years working experience in core supply chain of construction/ developer/ real estate sector
∎ Possess a curious mind, willing to work independently and with cross-functional teams
∎ Good command over written and verbal communication
∎ Proactive, innovative and problem solver attitude
∎ Advanced knowledge and usage of Microsoft Excel for reporting
∎ Working knowledge on data analysis, report writing capability & database development & maintenance
∎ Willingness to travel sites (Kaliakair, Gazipur)
