Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree in Business discipline.
∎ Post-Graduation in Diploma (PGD) with Retail Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar will preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store/ inventory, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per the procedure.
∎ Ensure the integrity of the stores area in maintained at all times.
∎ To ensure accurate accountability of all transaction from the stores.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like a safe receipt, storage, recovery, and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ To raise purchase requisition (PR) & materials receiving report (MRR) for materials in line with procedures.
∎ Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
∎ Looking after the overall part of SCM that includes Procurement, Contract Management, Vendor Management, and Logistics & inventory Management.
∎ Ensuring the process of procurement, inventory, supply, logistics and distribution.
∎ Audit on inventory needs by coordinating with external and internal teams.
∎ Constantly communicate with key personnel in procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, logistics and distribution department of the organization to ensure that the objectives of each 'SBU-Value Chain' is achieved.
∎ Communicate with the Finance & accounts departments to ensure the easy flow of budget. and cash
∎ Ensure proper store compliance
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ To facilitate periodic checks of the quantities of materials held in stock, including standards stocks.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Maintain data base software-ERP /Tally for materials Receive and Issue records.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Store & Procure Department Head.
∎ Ensure the stores area is kept clean and tidy and free from hazards.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly/monthly KPIs stock report.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More experience person will get added advantage with attractive remuneration package
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Inventory/ Store Management/Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
∎ Good in verbal and writing communication skills.
∎ Proficient in using computer MS Excel especially MS Word, MS Excel for keeping records.
