Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, EEE, Marine engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise operation and maintenance activities and ensure zero downtime of all supplied equipment.
∎ Leading a professional O&M team and develop front line performers & team members.
∎ To Prepare periodical reports and as per requirement.
∎ To coordinate with other departments in preparing invoice or other related documents.
∎ To acknowledge complains from the subordinates and take initiative accordingly.
∎ To monitor fuel and lube oil consumption of engines.
∎ To ensure feedback from maintenance against operational complain.
∎ To manage store management activities.
∎ To develop, maintain and update O&M procedures for all equipment.
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market requirements.
∎ Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
∎ Proven leadership and ability to drive maintenance team.
∎ To maintain liaison with clients for day to day O&M issues.
∎ To communicate with OEM regarding warranty and other related issues.
∎ To monitor employee performance and evaluation of team.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have exceptional skills in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic & Hydraulic Systems, Operation and Maintenance activities, Proficient in English, Good knowledge in Computer operation. Practical job experience (Maintenance & Spare parts) on Construction and Material Handling Equipment.
