Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accountability of fixed asset (shuttering, Machinery, Equipment, furniture & fixtures)
∎ Use head office fixed asset log book / register for controlling fixed asset movement.
∎ Analysis fixed asset requirement.
∎ Process approval for shutter cutting, scraps & damage declaration.
∎ Emphasizing projects completing their last slab for removal decision of shuttering materials.
∎ Liaison with procurement department for fixed asset delivery related issue.
∎ Corresponding with project personal for smooth supporting fixed asset.
∎ Process approval of fixed asset MTRF.
∎ MTRF & MTN Entry into ERP system.
∎ Carry out monthly fixed asset stock report (shuttering, Machinery, Equipment, furniture & fixtures)
∎ Prepare daily major materials stock status.
∎ Prepare monthly fixed asset stock report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
