Job Context:
∎ Innovation Technology is an IVD products marketing company in Bangladesh. We are the distributor for DRG (HybridXL & DxData analyzer) GmbH, ERBA (Hb Vario1 the HbA1c analyzer) Manheim, Zybio (CLIA analyzer) China etc. We are looking for committed sales and service personnel for immediate requirements.
∎ Job Location: Based at Dhaka, but need to go outside Dhaka market to visit & follow up customers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on diagnostics business and present market scenario.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members to achieve organizational targets.
∎ Ensure through service team members the installation of analyzers at customers end. Giving after sales service by attending troubleshooting calls from customers. Providing routine & periodic maintenance to the instruments a customers end.
∎ Ensure through team members the application service of the analyzers to the customers.
∎ Monitoring sales team members for their sales calls or customer calls on a regular basis in a designated sales area to understand and improve product sales, product introduction, communication, and other activities.
∎ Establishing professional relationship with customers to improve productivity of the call and develop business to achieve the monthly and annual sales target.
∎ Conducting scientific seminar among the customers by using organizational resources.
∎ Providing Market visit report and sales analysis to the CEO.
∎ Collecting information on competition from market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Should possess drive & initiative, innovativeness, problem solving, good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Candidates should be in their mid-twenties and have long-term career planning in Sales & Marketing.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Extensive Traveling is required.
