∎ B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage a business plan to meet or exceed corporate objectives for Test & Measurement Division Sales goals in assigned geography.
∎ Provide high level application / technical / demonstration / Seminars & commercial support to End Customers and Channel partners (CPs).
∎ Create tender/project in different government & autonomous entities from the beginning of specification setup.
∎ Assess business conditions in the given geography and vertical markets to implement local go to market strategy.
∎ Identify, evaluate and develop new Resellers & Channel Partner relationships.
∎ Implement the market creation activities for various Iconic Engineering brands
∎ Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
∎ Key Account Management within territory.
∎ Must be report to reporting officer sales lead & deals updates, monthly visit plan etc. in CRM software.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned.
∎ Must be fulfill monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI.
∎ Make potential deal.
∎ Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
∎ Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
∎ Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
∎ Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition

Additional Requirements:
∎ Frontline Sales Experience in Test & Measurement or related Industry on Electrical Test instruments.
∎ Experience with Channel partners / OEMs / Consultants and Contractors in above mentioned industry important
∎ Other requirements in the order of importance.
∎ Market / Industry knowledge
∎ Knowledge about tender/project in different government & autonomous entities.
∎ Attractive professional presentation to customers
∎ Frequent travel in the assigned territory is expected.
∎ Attractive personality with tidy appearance.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
