∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating new leads through cold calls, door to door visit, reference and other sources.
∎ Regular following up the prospects over telephone, personal visits, text message, e-mails and keeping of record of the follow up.
∎ Putting the best efforts to achieve the sales target.
∎ Reporting to supervisors on daily basis.
∎ Monitoring of the market trends and analyzing the market to guide the management in strategic decision making.
∎ Maintaining liaison with different financial institutes for assisting the client to avail loan.
∎ Effectively handling of both objections and complaints as per policies of the organization.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer and extending personalized service to them.
∎ And any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Should be a self-motivated professional having 3-5 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Should possess Bachelor's degree or MBA (Marketing) from any reputed university.
∎ Should be well groomed and hardworking.
∎ Should have analytical ability and excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Should have knowledge about the real estate scenario of Bangladesh and the relevant laws relating to real estate sector.
∎ Should have knowledge about digital marketing and well accustomed to the digital communication platforms.
∎ Should have excellent writing and verbal communication skill.

Salary: Negotiable
