Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
∎ Prepare Fire Safety Plan & Approval from Fire Service Civil Defense
∎ Proposed & As build drawing Fire Sprinkler & Standpipe System and Fire Alarm & Detection System
∎ Installation Fire Protection System as per Standard NFPA-13,14,20,22,25 & Fire Detection System as per Standard NFPA-72,101
∎ Prepare BOQ and Estimate Project Cost of Fire Sprinkler & Standpipe System & Detection System
∎ Build and manage strategic relationships with management-level stakeholders in corporate, multinational, and group companies.
∎ Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
∎ Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
∎ Ensure sales targets are met consistently across monthly, quarterly, and yearly periods in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure continuous client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up.
∎ Oversee & Manage the sales pipleline, ensure timely follow-ups and closing the deals.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and clinet satisfaction.
