Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tender BOQ Cost Analysis for tender submission.
∎ Govt. Railway, Gas Pipeline, Civil Construction, Dredging & River Protection, Roads & Highways -related E-Tender and Manual tender documents preparation & submission.
∎ Railway Project work assessment & reporting to the line manager.
∎ Daily project progress cost analysis and Reporting to the line manager.
∎ OTM, NCT & other construction cost analysis and reporting to the line manager.
∎ Railway construction estimate and budget preparation.
∎ Railway construction project estimation, BOM & BOQ and work schedule preparation.
∎ Railway construction Site supervision, coordination & bill preparation.
∎ Maintaining a good long-term relationship with Govt. Officials and Corporate Clients.
∎ Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data.
∎ Prepare Documents for Tender Schedule's Requirements (Especially for Technical Part).
∎ Revenue Collection from the projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 8 years in relevant experience in Railway project.
∎ Strong computer skill in MS Office applications and MS Project Software.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Self-driven and proactive to take initiative, result oriented and devoted to work.
∎ Ability to deliver extraordinary performance under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Ability to use technology and analytical tools in the job and problem solving.
∎ The applicant must have practical experience in EGP Tender.
∎ The applicant must have practical experience in Tender Budget, BOQ & Cost Analysis.
∎ The applicant must have training certificate in EGP Tender.
∎ The applicant having skills in the following area(s) will have added advantage: MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Report Writing, Presentation Preparation, AutoCAD, etc.
