Job Context:
∎ TecTesla, looking forward to an Engineer position of "Assistant Manager - Project & Services"
∎ Who already have experience in advanced-level PLC and HMI programming, Machine Automation, Servo Drive and Vision system
∎ who usually are quick learners and intellectually rigorous with the capability to grow faster in career to succeed in future leadership positions with the gaining of experience over time. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Supervise Industrial Automation Projects and relevant documentation.
∎ Prepare the programming and commissioning PLC, HMI, Servo and Vision System for the project.
∎ Maintain communication with client, OEM and Principal partner.
∎ Prepare and design the Automation site for programming and commissioning.
∎ In-house pre-commissioning test report preparation and capable of completing the project delivery.
∎ Supervise 3rd party at the installation phase and plan the on-field installation schedule
∎ considering the site readiness and dependency.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
∎ Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of PLC/HMI/VFD/SENSOR/INSTRUMENTATION/SERVO/VISION SYSTEM and advantages over competitors.
∎ Sales Presentations: Create and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients and partners.
∎ Schedule Basis Visit Like Pharmaceuticals, Garments, Food Beverage Industry, Steel Industry, Cement Industry, and Power plants to generate a lead for Sales.
∎ Prepare Quotations and follow up with customers.
