∎ Job Location: Hotapara, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Supervision and management of Production Activities for Respective Shift
∎ Ensure proper production planning for respective shift and ensure achievement as per Production plan
∎ Ensure Product Quality as per Specifications
∎ Monitor and ensure maximum Productivity and full utilization of available Manpower and other material resources
∎ Ensure Safety of all Manpower and machineries during respective shift
∎ Perform regular Machine Fault detection and coordinate and ensure regular maintenance of machineries as and when required
∎ Ensure regular reporting of all production activities of respective shift and perform all SAP related update and reporting.
∎ Other production related activities as required by the factory management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least Four (4) years' experience in a Production Supervision role at a renowned Manufacturing Plant. Candidates with working experience at a "Low Voltage Electrical Equipment" Manufacturing Plant will be given preference.
∎ Local Residency: Gazipur and nearby areas will be given special preference.
