Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design manufacturing processes and make MPI (manufacturing process instructions).
∎ To define & upgrade SMT assembly process and also deal with the process abnormalities with best technical skills.
∎ Handle Product functions and also check quality
∎ Inspect various machinery, tools and materials involved in the process to make sure they are working properly.
∎ Monitor the work of individual and to make sure the quality work
∎ Testing line of SMT.
∎ Maintenance of battery and charger assembly line machineries
∎ New product introduction and implementation of continuous improvements on existing products involving complex electronic systems.
∎ Prepare, implement and monitor the whole SMT-assembly process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Knowledge on solder Pest Printer Programming and SPI Programming.
∎ Experience with solder printers, solder Re-flow, cleaners, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems.
∎ Knowledge of machine process along with tooling.
∎ Skills in software installation and implementation as well as machine expertise are necessary.
