Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine and achieve the goals of the company
∎ Build the brand and grow share in key markets
∎ Develop annual forecast and marketing budget & participate in annual planning process
∎ Analyze the effectiveness of the strategies and rectify the variances, if any
∎ Develop new projects
∎ Be the market and category expert, maintain knowledge of customers and relationships with appropriate trade associations to promote marketing activities
∎ Analyze market and category trends and recommend actions to achieve annual sales and profit objectives
∎ Develop annual marketing plans, 4P marketing strategies and integrated brand activation plans with Area Sales Managers and distributors, execute and monitor implementation
∎ Lead product launches and portfolio management
∎ Manage all communications with marketing & PMD teams and provide support on all marketing updates
∎ Administer and monitor marketing activities and brand P&L's ensure achievement of goals
∎ Support sales as needed, including: PowerPoint presentations, Market/Competitive information, Market insight and Customer presentations
∎ Hire, train, and monitor the performance of the sales support staffs
∎ Handle the competitors
∎ Present status update on overall business to Business Director and Leadership
∎ Perform other assigned duties as may be required in meeting company objectives
∎ Communicate effectively with other Departments within the Organization and ensure
∎ Understand and align with marketing plans
∎ Manage packaging updates for market, including appropriate approvals and timely implementation
∎ Communicate with Medical professionals on a regular basis to improve planning and guiding PMD team
∎ Analyze sales on regular basis
∎ Planning and developing new business projects and clients
∎ Assist IMD in developing Export Market
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 5- 6 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Innovative approach to problem-solving.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills, both Bengali & English.
∎ Clear understanding about Communication, Leadership & Strategic thinking skill.
∎ Good computer proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred.
