∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the purchasing rules and regulation to ensure materials at factory site.
∎ Chose the supplier and maintain with them as per legal interaction to purchase material.
∎ To collect quotations from different suppliers/vendors from local and as well as from foreign vendors/suppliers and prepare comparison for approval.
∎ To source suppliers/vendors and negotiation with management approved limit.
∎ To support factory for smooth supply of pharmaceuticals RAW Materials, API, Chemicals, Reagents, and factory base required materials.
∎ To prepare /Issue purchase order and strong follow up with the Supplier for on time delivery of goods.
∎ To maintain liaison with the factory personnel in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ To prepare material inventory report and maintain other documentation related to procurement of material and internal audit requirements.
∎ To prepare different types of purchase report as and when required.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager from time to time.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years of experience in procurement for Raw Material/API/Chemical Sourcing of Pharmaceutical Industry
∎ Pro-active, energetic and self motivated
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English
∎ Team player and good interpersonal skills
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
