Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm from any reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating and implementing brand strategies, search for new products, conduct feasibility analysis and launch new products according to the need of the market and company objectives.
∎ Select few potential brands and make them into Super brands through brand building.
∎ Promotional material development and execution conduct promotional events, train the sales force, analyze market and sales trends, and ensure availability of products through distribution channels.
∎ Product life cycle management (from strategic planning to tactical activities)
∎ Effective communication with FFs
∎ Regular market & customer visit
∎ Market analysis
∎ Organize training programs & seminars/symposiums to promote brands
∎ Liaise with different departments for ease of execution of brand strategies
∎ Competitor activity tracking and respond

Additional Requirements:
∎ Pro-active, Energetic and honest
∎ Creative and Logical
∎ Organized and exercises good judgment
∎ Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
∎ Willing to visit extensively in/out-side Dhaka
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Computer literacy (like MS office, Adobe Illustrator).
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Experience should be same area in any reputed Pharmaceuticals company.

Salary: Negotiable
