Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Electrical & Electronics/ Computer Science engineering/ relevant subject from any reputed UGC approved University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & design cost effective solution to ensure capacity demand for IP-MPLS backbone network along with troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure IP addressing & VLAN management to integrate peripheral system in IP-MPLS backbone
∎ Design backbone network with best in class network resiliency maintaining Quality KPIs/KQI/QoS in aligned with business requirement
∎ Analyze faults, outage and recommend for necessary required improvement
∎ Plan & design network security solution in line with set security policy & architecture
∎ Identify & evaluate new technology and features to meet upcoming service requirements.
∎ Introduce efficient network architecture and features to ensure Backbone Network ready to meet future demands for broadband and telecom services
∎ Prepare Quarterly/Yearly network investment plan based on forecast
∎ Coordinate with vendors to verify product & network features along with technology evolution & drive optimization activities to maintain set quality standards, look after RMA and repair return of faulty items.
∎ Maintain liaison with various cross functional teams and clients for technical solutions
∎ Prepare guideline/checklist preparation for 1st line fault handling
∎ Manage database in proper way related to planning, integration and operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with IP Network (L2, L3, and IP-MPLS) is required.
∎ Experience with SDH/DWDM Network on top of IP knowledge will be preferred.
∎ Strong Knowledge and experience in MS Office especially in MS Excel , Word ,Power Point , MS VISIO and Google Earth .
∎ Good knowledge on Database management and reporting will be an added qualification.
∎ Good communication & presentation skills would be added advantage.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ • 4 to 5 Years working experience in relevant field
∎ • IP Basics/ Advanced layer with IP-MPLS network/ IP network.
∎ • Hands on expertise in telco and ISP grade IP-MPLS transport network
∎ • Vendor certification like CCNA/HCNA/JNCIA. Advanced certification will be added advantage
∎ • Knowledge & experiences on IP service design, IP addressing for service provider
∎ • Understanding on Telco grade IP Services and KPIs,
∎ • Strong Knowledge on IP Protocols & network security design & control
∎ Additional Job Requirements
∎ • Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ • Able to work with multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ • With strong motivation of success, passion to work, good influence skills, good at information gathering and analysis.
