Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the management of Pharmacy.
∎ Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of healthcare professionals, and counseling patients on drug therapies.
∎ Develop the hospital staff's pharmacological knowledge by participating in clinical programs.
∎ Complies with existing Govt. rules and regulations by monitoring nursing unit inspection, maintaining records for controlled drugs/ Substances, and removing outdated & damaged drugs from pharmacy inventory.
∎ Protects patients & technicians by adhering to infection control protocols. Maintain a safe & clean working environment complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
