Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting the Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring renewable energy projects. This involves coordinating with various teams, stakeholders and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
∎ Overseeing the operations and maintenance activities of renewable energy facilities, such as solar farms, wind farms or hydroelectric plants. This includes monitoring the performance of equipment, optimizing energy production and addressing any operational issues that arise.
∎ Ensuring that all operations adhere to high-quality standards, safety regulations and industry best practices. This involves conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Collecting and analyzing operational data to identify trends, patterns and areas of inefficiency. Using this data to make informed decisions to enhance the performance of renewable energy assets.
∎ Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for renewable energy equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Coordinating maintenance activities with relevant teams and external service providers.
∎ Supervising and providing guidance to operational staff, technicians and field workers. Ensuring they have the necessary training, resources, and support to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
∎ Staying updated with relevant regulations and environmental policies pertaining to renewable energy projects. Ensuring the projects comply with all legal requirements and obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
∎ Resolving operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and maximize energy generation.
∎ Identifying opportunities for improving the sustainability and efficiency of renewable energy operations, such as implementing energy storage solutions or optimizing energy distribution.
∎ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, government agencies and community members. Providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
∎ Assisting in budget planning and cost control measures to ensure the efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
∎ Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in renewable energy technologies and proposing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Making Process of Government Tender and liaison with government offices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in MW scale solar project design & Installation with off grid solar & appliances.
∎ Candidate must have the experience in solar water/ Irrigation pump of IDCOL & Govt. projects.
∎ Clear understanding about tender documentation, foreign sourcing and business dealing.
∎ Proficiency in Computer and English language is a must.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently.
