Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with other departments to ensure that their facilities are running efficiently.
∎ Overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment and auxiliary systems.
∎ Developing a plan for emergency response in case of equipment failure or other emergencies.
∎ Creating a detailed list of goals and objectives for the department, which may include increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving employee morale.
∎ Recommending changes in operational methods and procedures if required
∎ Maintaining equipment to ensure that it is operating properly and efficiently.
∎ Identifying opportunities to reduce energy consumption through improved efficiency measures.
∎ Overseeing the plant's daily operations, including maintenance, repair, and hiring decisions.
∎ Provide leadership and management to the facility’s staff to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Generation reports on a daily and monthly basis and share them with management.
∎ Preparing operating instructions and manuals for plant staff, including operating procedure protocols and safety procedures
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of generator control systems preference for Wartsila & MWM generator.
∎ Understanding of switchgear protection systems.
∎ Proficiency in Instruments & Automation systems.
∎ AutoCAD knowledge of electrical systems.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Familiarity with plant operation and maintenance reporting.
∎ Expertise in troubleshooting for gas generator issues.
∎ Perform Electrical equipment sizing Calculation, Cable sizing, Lighting calculation, etc.
∎ Experience in all aspects of power system design including power distribution, low and medium voltage, backup power generation, uninterrupted power systems, battery systems, grounding, and lightning protection.
