Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (any local or abroad institute)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the quality of the product and also supervise, monitor, and mentor machine operators to meet established safety, production, and delivery goals.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly operating report shall show information regarding plant efficiency, consumptions, power outputs, scheduled/ unscheduled outage factor and operational trend capability.
∎ Develop a rapport with each operator through daily interactions that build trust and promote open lines of communication.
∎ Facilitate teamwork between and within process work cells while fairly applying policies and procedures in the workplace.
∎ Provide leadership through tactical decision making. This includes responding in a timely manner to staffing shortages, material outages, maintenance issues, and other unplanned downtime in order to maintain stable operations.
∎ Track, monitor, and share team and individual operator performance metrics. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Execute sustainable action to accelerate progress and close deficiencies.
∎ Any other task assigns by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ At least 4-year(s) rubber or tayer rebound abroad company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: rubber or tayer industry limited and production skills.
∎ Foreigner also be preferable if have an experience this side.

Salary: Negotiable
