Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all mechanical maintenance activities (both Scheduled and unscheduled).
∎ Observe, Study and prepare a draft on the issue/problem (Performance loss, breakdown, quality faults, less efficiency in any specific machine/equipment/process).
∎ Find out the root cause and prepare alternative suggestions to solve it & ensure trouble shooting.
∎ Responsible for maintenance, repair, Installation of all mechanical works for the establishment.
∎ Ensure the safety of Visitors and working people through compliance with occupational safety & environment regulation.
∎ Prepare & submit annual budget for A/C plant, Power Generator, Compressor, Chiller Boiler, Water Services, Workshop & Pneumatic control system.
∎ Submit the issue and solution to higher Management for permanent rectification on continuous improvement.
∎ Monitor the plant cleanliness after finished any maintenance related task at the factory premises.
∎ Monitor the use, inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, equipment, and initiates reordering when necessary.
∎ Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
∎ Develop a plan profile & executes the working according to the lay out plan as well as initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
∎ Maintain overall Mechanical work of the Project.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in large commercial and residential building will be an added advantage.
∎ Must have experience in installation and maintenance of HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing system.
∎ Sound knowledge on ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC & UPC norms and regulations.
∎ Adequate skills in computer applications. Excellent in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
∎ Eagerness to take challenge and work under stress.
∎ Ability to work in a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
∎ Judgment & Decision Making Skill.
