Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Mechanical maintenance of Two Paper machine and Auto Packaging, Re-winder, Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sheet cutter, Belt press machine, I, Drying machine, Overhead crane, Pulper, Pump, Compressor, Blower, Refiner, pressure screen, Piping line etc. (Breakdown, Shutdown, Scheduled, Preventive, Condition Based),

∎ · Ensuring safety mechanical equipment & machinery.
∎ · Prepare the daily store requisition.
∎ · Prepare purchase requisition (PR) & store requisition.
∎ · Keep the spares inventory level (consumables and non-consumables) within the budget to ensure optimal level in line with the business strategy.
∎ · Mechanical workshop and Roll Grinding Machine monitoring.
∎ · Ensuring proper documentation and maintaining of official records.
∎ ·Maintain history card of raw material section related equipment.
∎ · Technical Documentation and Data processing in ERP software. · Prepare Mechanical Drawing in AUTOCAD.
∎ • Ensuring Full Responsibility for All Mechanical Break Down.
∎ • Prepared Daily Utility Cost report and optimize over all Maintenance cost.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
