Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from public university (BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET, SUST, DUET, AIUB, AUST) only.
∎ Must have a good academic result.
∎ Skills Required: Industrial & Production Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Graphics Design, Operation & Maintenance, Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Supply Chain
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability.
∎ Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs.
∎ Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
∎ Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
∎ Planning and designing new production processes.
∎ Producing details of specifications and outline designs.
∎ Recommending modifications following prototype test results.
∎ Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design.
∎ Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
∎ Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector.
∎ Monitoring and commissioning plant and systems.
∎ Monitoring overall production, factory related work and assist to director as second man for smooth operation.
∎ Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
∎ Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
∎ Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies
∎ To ensure smooth execution of production according to plan.
∎ To optimize existing production system, reduce cost, increase production efficiency.
∎ Generation of waste to be kept at minimum.
∎ To conduct manpower planning and ensuring the maximum utilization of resources.
∎ To calculate worker productivity and efficiency and determine the improvements of the production process.
∎ To prepare different types of necessary reports
∎ Preparation of BOQ and Price Offer & drawings according to design.
∎ Supervision of engineers and visiting sites
∎ To modify different features in Air conditioner
∎ Troubleshooting AC problems.
∎ Floor wise production plan forecasting and complete production report submit.
∎ You will be responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions of your assigned unit.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who are expert in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning section are encouraged to apply.
∎ Knowledge about 3D Design & Drafting
∎ Must be able to do load calculations on HVAC systems and accordingly design cooling system
∎ Experience of Duct design.
∎ Clear knowledge on AC cooling system
∎ Estimating and work planning skills.
∎ Proficient and demonstrated skills with CAD tools.
∎ Deep Knowledge about production Line.
∎ Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
∎ Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g.inventory planning, warehouse management)
∎ Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market
∎ Talent in negotiations and networking.
