Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years practical experience on HVAC Sales/offer making.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare engineering project offers, sales offers & tenders for HVAC & Refrigeration segment (VRF,Central AC Installation with experience)
∎ Applicants should have experience in business development, corporate sales, marketing, public relation
∎ The applicants have experience in the sales and marketing in HVAC System will get preference.
∎ Hands on job to be done on project sites
∎ Do pre sales meeting with clients.
∎ Lead team of technicians on project sites according to the work description
∎ Maintenance project team management
∎ On-field trouble shooting
∎ Develop expert team on Refrigeration & Air-Condition
∎ Be responsible to improve continuously the performance of the products & services by taking relevant corrective and preventive actions, and plan for to deliver best practice initiatives
∎ New product & technologies introduction in the market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 years practical hands on experience of HVAC products sales & marketing. Must have technical knowledge to prepare project offers.
∎ Good Knowledge of operated HVAC & Cold Room is must.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and long hours
∎ Must have in depth knowledge in MS Office (Particularly MS Excel)
∎ Hands on project implementation experience
∎ Must be customer focused and target oriented
∎ Must be a good team player
