∎ The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor and aligned business associate to the Management, ensuring efficient execution of high-priority initiatives, overseeing critical projects, and facilitating cross-departmental coordination. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and exceptional communication skills to support executive-level decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
∎ Manage high-level initiatives and projects on behalf of the management, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
∎ Coordinate communication and collaboration across departments to align with organizational goals.
∎ Prepare presentations, strategic reports, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Oversee the Management’s schedule, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, events, and commitments.
∎ Monitor progress on key action items and decisions, providing regular updates and insights to the Management
∎ Oversee special projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
∎ Represent the Management in high-level meetings as needed.
