∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mechanical Engineering, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take the charges of overall of maintenance functions and being responsible for the successful maintenance of swing machinery to meet the required quality of the garment's produced and delivered.
∎ Making plan for the overall maintenance jobs to ensure that all the necessary machines, equipment systems are ready, and all the necessary measures are taken for the smooth performance.
∎ Taking care of machines/ equipment's and other maintenance functions to ensure that the production is no way hampered.
∎ Coordination with Technical/Operations/QC/ Industrial Engineering (IE) personnel to address the maintenance procedure and meet the quality requirements.
∎ Make sure that, the maintenance personnel are aware of the quality and related maintenance requirement of the buyers and train and educate them to maintain the machinery/equipment/ maintenance measures needed for the quality requirements throughout the production processes.
∎ Responsible for the safety of all mechanical devices for Industrial Machine.
∎ The candidate should be a mechanic / Mechanical Engineer having through experience in maintenance of various mechanical equipment installed in the plant.
∎ Should have experience in schedule preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of plant.
∎ Practical Site-work experience in a woven/knit garment industry will be preferred.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly report and submit to the management.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
