Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out all necessary administration to ensure that customer orders are processed and delivered effectively and efficiently.
∎ Plan and prepare product production schedules.
∎ Stock, raw ingredients and finished product.
∎ Orders Collections and deliveries.
∎ General housekeeping of the Warehouse.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, tidy and safety at all times, stock rotation, high standard of maintenance of all warehouse vehicles.
∎ Manage, develop and motivate the warehouse team to achieve business aims and objectives.
∎ Ensure customer orders are processed.
∎ Plan and prepare product production schedules and ensure that all necessary raw materials are available as required.
∎ Organize transportation/collection of finished goods.
∎ Communicate with head office personnel for all export matter.
∎ Follow up shipment according to job order.
∎ Check & control material procurement of import & local items.
∎ Produce material lists for schemes and other works.
∎ Organize and direct technicians & labor to effectively and efficiently complete day-to-day work schedule.
∎ Send monthly delivery report to his superior.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Industry
∎ Enough knowledge to ensure system applications and products in data processing.
∎ Extensive working experience in similar roles in competitive group of companies.
∎ Should be conversant in using computer, MS Office, email etc.
∎ Must be fluent in communication both in verbally and in written.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary decision will be based on experience and competency of the candidate.
