Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ The candidate must have the ability to meet deadlines, work in a challenging environment, producing quality work efficiently and under pressure.
∎ Have basic IT skills i.e. Knowledge of hardware applications, File conversion, Software troubleshooting and printer operation knowledge and precision.
∎ Working knowledge of MS office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, creative software such Adobe, Photoshop.
∎ Good command in both typing in Bangla and English.
∎ Candidates interested in inclusive structure building network are highly recommended.
∎ Should be willing to accept challenges and able to work through coordinating multiple tasks at a time.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Have ample core knowledge concerning developmental challenges.
∎ Should be honest & reliable, sincere and dedicated towards work.
∎ Have efficient time management skill and excellent reporting skill.
∎ Have immediate conflict resolution
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage a team of interns and junior executives.
∎ Write, edit and proofread publication-ready Bengali language that is stylistically compelling, and meets a high standard of technical proficiency (i.e. grammar, syntax, structure, etc.)
∎ Ensure operational excellence by performing managerial tasks i.e. plan, organize, schedule, maintain inventory, evaluate employee performance, coordinate plan implementation & workflow procedure and monitor required office operations and report it to supervisor.
∎ Take care of the daily office duties accurately even in pressing deadlines.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials etc. and maintain the production is cost effective.
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per company rules and maintenance of departmental files.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Job Requirements/Pre-requisites to apply:
∎ The applicants Minimum should have 2-3 years of work experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ experience in relevant fields.
∎ Capable of preparing financial budgets and reports
∎ Should knowledge on current VAT & Tax system
∎ Must have sound knowledge about TDS, VDS procedures and VAT & TAX return submission.
∎ Advice and recommend company management about TAX and VAT related matters
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of Taxation and VAT related issues.
∎ Solid and proficient in the use of MS Office and Excel and good command in both typing in Bangla and English.
∎ Have minimum/ample knowledge of development issues.
∎ Have time management and excellent reporting skills
∎ Should be honest & reliable, sincere and dedicated towards work.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
