∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 07 years of experience in inventory/store management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
∎ Must have experience in a real estate or construction company.
∎ Strong knowledge and experience in ERP Inventory Management Systems.
∎ Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Sound knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
∎ Must have expertise in bike driving and a valid driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fortress Developments Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and proactive Assistant Manager (Inventory & Store Management) to oversee and optimize inventory and store operations for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in ERP Inventory Management and a proven track record in real estate or construction industry inventory management.
∎ Supervise and manage overall inventory and store operations for construction
∎ materials, tools, and equipment.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP Inventory Management System.
∎ Monitor stock levels, track usage, and ensure timely material requisition.
∎ Ensure proper receiving, inspection, and storage of materials.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and
∎ theft.
∎ Conduct periodic stock audits and generate reports for management review.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement, project, and accounts teams to maintain smooth
∎ supply chain operations.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of stock movements, issuance, and returns.
∎ Implement best practices for warehouse organization, security, and safety.
∎ Train and supervise storekeepers and inventory personnel.
∎ Travel between project sites when required.
