Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA in any discipline from any reputed university (PGD in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory management, Reporting, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction at all times by ensuring that goods are dispatched on time, to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
∎ Responsible for reporting and analysis of Inventory such as FSN, VED, ABC
∎ Responsible for taking material usage report from different stakeholders and ensure timely input in the system
∎ Ensure 100% material return from different locations for freeze/dismantle sites, data input in the system
∎ Prepare ageing report and regular update for organization Management about present stock, control point, replenishment
∎ Check and verify material requisition in different phase in the system
∎ Monitor timely delivery of materials with cost effective way
∎ Ability to build strong working relationship and influence at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders
∎ Develops quality strategies and initiative to consistently achieve the define standards to meet the expectation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Applicant should have experience in MIS/Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets Management, Supply Chain, Inventory in any reputed company
∎ Sound Knowledge of advance in Microsoft Excel, SAP and ERP module
∎ Must have knowledge on data analysis, report writing capability & database development & maintenance
