Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all types of student & staff databases, help in student enrollment and other organizational activities.
∎ Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, other records and databases.
∎ Updating organizational policies and procedures.
∎ Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair.
∎ Coordination and management of various administrative issues.
∎ The candidate will supervise, execute, manage and develop companywide policies and procedures.
∎ Provide administrative support for smooth execution of operation required by any department of the organization.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic supports to all the departments & employees.
∎ Handle day-to-day operations in a timely, complete and proper manner.
∎ Any other organizational activities assigned by the management.
∎ Planning and supervising staff activities.

Additional Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Operation Handling.
∎ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
∎ Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manages team members leads assistant meetings, and supervises when needed.
∎ Have to sound knowledge about Admission and counselling.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Positive attitude
