Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters from any recognized University.
∎ BSC In IPE/Textile Engineering (Preferable).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with IE Manager to implement all IE tools & techniques as below-
∎ Implement best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources.
∎ Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts and project information to provide expert inputs while determining worker functions and responsibilities.
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
∎ To ensure that all installations are in compliance with the buyer's requirement and are regularly monitored and maintained.
∎ Conduct necessary training on technical aspect and make the existing workforce efficient through proper technical training.
∎ Recommend methods for improving optimization of personnel, material, and utilities.
∎ Analysis manpower status and set standard man & machine ratio considering direct & indirect.
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements.
∎ Determining quality control standards.
∎ Overseeing production processes.
∎ Re-negotiating schedules as necessary.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Supervising the work of junior staff.
∎ Any other assignment as entrusted time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Group of Companies.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Industrial Engineering.
∎ Knowledge of total supply chain, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
∎ Knowledge of IE tools & statistics and their applications, ERP Software etc.
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ Excellent command on both listening, spoken and written English.
∎ Expert in Computer operating such as Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Email and Internet browsing etc.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude for learning.
∎ Good team player, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset period.
