Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hospital management and diagnostic center a similar role.
∎ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
∎ Knowledge of local educational policies and administrative regulations.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, and hospital management systems.
∎ Experience in English medium or English version schedule will be highly appreciated
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To supervise the overall Hospital Management.
∎ To Supervise according to the checklist and ensure overall cleanliness.
∎ Ensure all legal status and update in time
∎ To arrive in due time or whenever required to Hospital as well as AMCWC office.

∎ To organize Opd patient, outpatient, screening programme. According to assist in preparing organizational plan and basest
∎ To prepare the all staff level’s daily, weekly and monthly duty plan.
∎ Ensuring environmental, fire, drug, trade license, waste management, DGHS certificate system.
∎ Ensure are coverage by proper marketing.
∎ To ensure proper arrangements for hospital housekeeping.
∎ Ensuring proper communication with OT In charge, diagnostic center, Medicine Shop, food corner regarding supply of necessary supplies for surgery including medicines of OT and operated patient.
∎ Ensuring the necessary equipment for the hospital electronic equipment’s, sanitary equipment’s kitchen equipment’s through proper requisition.
∎ Ensure timely provision of generators, oil (fuel) for vehicles transporting patients and doctors through proper procurement.
∎ To attend coordination meeting especially with GO’s & NGO’s
∎ To attend workshop whenever required
∎ To organize and discuss monthly review meeting with all medical staff regarding on-going status as well as any issues arises.
