Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Engineering/masters from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
∎ Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers.
∎ Directs and coordinates supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.
∎ Works directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
∎ Monitors and corrects inventory levels at Warehouse & outside warehouses
∎ Works with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate
∎ Collaborates with procurement department to determine best practice for freight in and freight consolidation.
∎ Coordination with: Suppliers, Bankers, Insurance companies & 3rd party inspection companies, C&F agents, relevant Govt. offices & Transporters.
∎ Local Raw & Packing material purchase.
∎ Make necessary purchase requisition & order through SAP/ERP
∎ Prepare material inventory report and maintain other documentation related to procurement of goods/material through using SAP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-8 years relevant working experience in any leading local/multinational organization particularly on Factory Supply Chain Operations.
∎ Having sound knowledge on SAP/ERP operations
∎ Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
