Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in Management/ Finance or any related subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Export-Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain communication with foreign buyers.
∎ Collect order and payment from the importer/Buyer
∎ Monitoring Production position and take preparation for shipment.
∎ Support Banking formalities, maintain liaison with export related trade bodies (i.e. BAPA, EPB, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, Chamber of Commerce, Competitors Companies etc.), monitoring C& F agent on regular basis.
∎ Prepare Export cash incentive and related documents.
∎ Prepare or checking export Documentation (Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing & Weight List, Certificate Of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Musak 20, Bank EXP, C&F documents, BL draft, CNCA, GSP etc) & Office maintenance.
∎ Must be able to work independently as head of Commercial department and supervise the team to ensure that Custom, Bond, VAT, clearing & forwarding, import-export, and incentive issues. etc are properly negotiated.
∎ Bond Work Update & Follow-up Regular Basis
∎ Sound Knowledge of Factory Related All License Update time to time
∎ Forecast commercial activities and take proactive approach
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all export-import related Work
∎ Ensure proper LC opening up to the standard of the organization
∎ Communicate with the supplier and ensure the best bargain
∎ Communicate with freight forwarding companies and shipping lines to accomplish proper C&F
∎ Deal various financial activities and ensure cost minimization
∎ Plan and monitor commercial activities according to the long-term goal of the organization
∎ Must have to Ensure compliance with local and foreign regulations along with the policy of the company
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be known Good English
∎ At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
∎ Ability to operate Computer (MS Office).
